Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

The controller of your personal data is Finisterre Capital("we"), based in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, developer of the Torre Finisterre Serrallés project and owner of serralles.finisterre.do. For any privacy matter, write to info@finisterre.do.

We process your data under Law No. 172-13 on the Protection of Personal Data of the Dominican Republic and its complementary rules.

2. What data we collect, and when

This site only collects personal data you give us directly:

• Contact form: name and email or phone, plus the message you choose to write.
• Floor-plan download: full name, email and phone, requested before delivering the PDF.
• WhatsApp: tapping a WhatsApp button opens your own app; the conversation happens on WhatsApp under its terms. We receive no data from your device for that tap.

While browsing, technical data is also generated automatically:

• Usage metrics (Google Analytics / Google Tag Manager): pages visited, time on site, device type and similar statistics, via Google cookies.
• Neighborhood map (OpenStreetMap): when the map is displayed, your browser requests map tiles from OpenStreetMap servers, which receive your IP address as a technical part of that request.

We collect no sensitive data (health, beliefs, origin, biometrics) and no financial data through this site, and the site is not directed at minors.

3. What we use your data for

• Answering your inquiries about the project and scheduling visits.
• Sending you the information and materials you request (floor plans, project sheets).
• Following up commercially on your interest in Torre Finisterre Serrallés.
• Measuring site usage to improve it (aggregate statistics).

The basis of our processing is your consent, given when you voluntarily submit the forms, and our legitimate interest in handling your request. We make no automated decisions with legal effect on you, and we do not sell your data.

4. Who it is shared with

Only with the technical providers needed to run the site:

• FormSubmit (email relay, USA): carries what you write in the forms to our inbox, info@finisterre.do.
• Google (Analytics / Tag Manager): the usage metrics described above.
• OpenStreetMap Foundation (UK): serves the neighborhood map tiles.
• Our web hosting provider.

Some of these providers operate outside the Dominican Republic (USA and Europe), so using the site involves an international transfer of the technical and form data described, limited to the purposes of this policy. Beyond these cases we do not disclose your data to third parties, except under legal obligation or a request from a competent authority.

5. Cookies

The site uses minimal first-party cookies for its operation and Google Analytics / Tag Manager cookies for statistics. You can block or delete them in your browser settings and the site will keep working; your visits will simply not be recorded in the metrics.

6. How long we keep your data

We keep contact data while there is an active or potential commercial relationship regarding the project and, at most, up to two years after the last interaction, unless the law requires a longer period or you request deletion earlier.

7. Your rights

Law 172-13 grants you the rights of access, rectification, erasure and objection over your personal data. To exercise them, write to info@finisterre.do stating your name and the right you wish to exercise; we will reply within the terms set by the law. If you believe your request was not addressed, you may use the remedies provided by Dominican law, including the habeas data action.

8. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data (HTTPS encryption, restricted access to the contact inbox). No internet transmission is fully secure, but we limit the data we request to the minimum necessary.

9. Changes to this policy

If we modify this policy, we will publish the updated version on this page with its new date. Substantial changes will be highlighted visibly on the site.
